Architecture / REAL ESTATE – 37 Radcliff Road

This river side, Italianesque Stucco Manor with Neoclassic elements was designed and built new from the ground up in 2019 by Yefim Massarsky an award winning architect. The original neoclassical style home was built in 1924. Per decisions made by the Newton Historical Commission, the original home was demolished and this redesigned and newly constructed masterpiece created. The main architectural features from the original building were restored and enhanced per existing photographs and original 1924 drawings found in Newton City Hall archives. A remarkably complex and involved undertaking yielding 37 Radcliff Road, a true masterpiece. The classic proportions, decorative custom elements and symmetrical design offer tribute to this concentration of architectural brilliance. Efficiency was a paramount goal to successfully create an 11,075 square foot home that succeeds in commendably optimizing outstanding artistry, skill and craftsmanship. The resulting ensemble exceeds from the most meticulous of qualities to the opulence of this body of work.
